The H&M store at Allen Premium Outlets will offer affordable fashion to customers. It will occupy the space of a Neiman Marcus Last Call store that closed recently.
H&M will occupy a space of 28,350 sq. ft located between two other stores. They are Express Factory outlet and a recently relocated Ralph Lauren store.
The Armani Outlet will occupy a space of 4,526 sq. ft, while Bath and Body Works will be in a 3,000 sq. ft space.
Three other stores will be moving to another location, including Under Amour, which is moving to a 11,465 sq. ft space.
Allen Premium Outlets is trying to add more restaurants. It currently is trying to find the right mix of retail stores and restaurants, wants to increase the availability of parking, and is planning to introduce a hotel.
Allen is blessed with various printing services providers that can assist retail stores, restaurants, businesses, and clubs with flyer printing for promotions and special events.
