The Allen Public Library will be inviting a special guest to give an interactive presentation on dinosaurs in July.
Children interested in dinosaurs can participate in a themed lecture presented by Dino Bo, a traveling educator. The introductory program will talk about several dinosaurs, including raptors and triceratopses. Attendees can also interact with real bones and fossils. The presentation will be held in the library’s Civic Auditorium and is suitable for kids who are going into kindergarten and above. A maximum of 287 people will be allowed to see the educational program.
Dino Bo is an instructor with experience teaching all educational levels who once served as the Co-Chairman of Education for the Dallas Paleontological Society. He offers several programs related to dinosaurs, including Dinos of the World, Texas in the Cretaceous, and Carnivores vs. Herbivores. Dino Bo participates in many events, such as the Allen Fall Festival and AcroFest. Professional presenters like this may use business card printing to share their rates and contact info with potential clients.
The dinosaur presentation will take place on Tuesday, July 5 from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm. Dino Bo’s discussion will be free for all guests, and tickets to the show will be available at the library’s Children’s Desk 30 minutes before the program begins. Libraries interested in paying Dino Bo to give a presentation can pay rates starting at $350.
