Readers and community members will have an opportunity to engage in an in-depth literary discussion this summer during a live appearance by author and speaker Dr. Pamela Gurley.
The event is designed to move beyond a conventional book signing by encouraging direct dialogue around themes explored in her published works.
The gathering will focus on topics including personal identity, self-perception, individual voice and the process of challenging limiting assumptions.
Drawing from her Books I Am Not a Stereotype and The Pedestal Philosophy, Gurley is expected to lead conversations examining how individuals define themselves, navigate expectations and develop confidence in their own perspectives.
The event is intended for readers, professionals, community leaders and others interested in conversations centered on authenticity, empowerment and transformation. A book-signing session will follow the discussion, allowing attendees to connect with the author and obtain signed Copies of her work.
General admission is available free of charge. Guests who wish to receive a signed book may purchase an admission package priced at $24.27 including fees. Purchasers may select one of the authors two Books for pickup at the event.
As with many literary gatherings, hosts may use printing services to produce book promotional materials, and table signage.
