Historic Downtown Gallatin and Apple & Dove Flower Company are partnering to host a floral arrangement class and movie night this winter.
Small Town Charm: A Rom-Com + Flowers is intended to be a fun girls' night out for Gallatin residents. The evening will start with the floral arranging class. Participants will learn to design a bouquet, and they will be able to take the finished arrangement home with them. In addition to classes, Apple & Dove sells fresh, pressed and dried flowers, creates florals for weddings and other special events and offers a subscription service for those who would like to receive bouquets regularly.
Snacks and wine will be available for purchase between the class and the movie. Attendees can also shop from a selection of local vendors. Vendors often have Business Cards available for interested customers at this type of event. There will then be a screening of The Holiday, a 2006 romantic comedy that features two women who switch houses for two weeks during the Christmas season.
Tickets are available online now. The cost is $42.84 per person, which includes processing fees and covers the movie ticket and floral class. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door.
The Small Town Charm: A Rom-Com + Flowers event will take place on Saturday, January 10, from 6 pm to 9 pm at The Palace Theater in Gallatin.
