Gallatin offers plant sales

Residents will gather in Gallatin this spring for a seasonal plant sale featuring a wide range of greenery, produce, and handmade goods.

This event, organized through the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce, is designed to connect community members with regional growers and small businesses at the Gallatin Farmers Market.

Visitors can expect a selection of plants suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Vendors plan to offer vegetable starters, aromatic herbs, decorative succulents, flowering perennials, and bedding plants commonly used for spring landscaping. Houseplants will also be available for those seeking greenery suited to interior environments.

Several local producers and small enterprises are scheduled to participate. Among them are Lucky J Farm, Butter By Babs, Earth First Plant Co., NatureworksTN, and Slow and Steady Farm. Additional vendors include Rustic Nature Inspired, Petal Pop, Phoenix Designs, Southern Kettle Co., WadeFarmz, and The Blonde Sfoglina. Lu Lu’s Sipery Mobile Coffee and Soda Shop will provide refreshments for attendees during the event.

Community sponsors supporting the market include Small Town Pop Co., Green Village Recycling, and Highpoint Health – Sumner with Ascension Saint Thomas. Events of this kind often rely on real-world marketing approaches, such as flyer printing, to inform residents.

Admission to the plant sale is free. The market will be held on Saturday, April 11, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Gallatin Farmers Market, 160 West Franklin St, Gallatin, Tennessee.
