Gallatin Day Care Center is hosting its inaugural Halloween-themed fundraiser this October.
Boo Bash is an evening cocktail and costume party that supports the nonprofit day care center. The event will include a costume contest where prizes will be awarded, and food will be provided by local State Farm agent Bryson McCarley. Jazz musician Delphia DiGiovanni will perform during cocktail hour, and The Parks will play a set intended to get the guests dancing later on. A photo booth and other entertainment will also be available throughout the night.
Tickets are available now and will be sold until they sell out. The cost is $75 per person, plus a booking fee. Groups that would like to reserve a table should contact the Gallatin Day Care Center directly. Local businesses are invited to sponsor the event, and there are several sponsorship levels available. Sponsorship opportunities include branding on a named signature cocktail, the costume contest and gift Bags. Sponsors for events such as this often give out Promotional Products to remain firmly in the thoughts of attendees.
Proceeds from the event will support the Gallatin Day Care Center, which opened in 1969. Its mission is to provide high-quality childcare and early education that is centered around each child’s unique talents and interests.
Boo Bash will take place on Saturday, October 28 from 6pm to 11pm, at the Sycamore Springs resort.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products Get a Free Quote for Bags
