The Gallatin Chamber of Commerce is hosting its inaugural women’s leadership conference this spring.
The Women Empowering Leadership and Learning (WELL) Summit will include a mix of keynote speakers and smaller interactive sessions. The content will cover leadership skills, mental and physical wellness and ways to form connections. Attendees often exchange Business Cards during conferences. Gallatin Mayor Paige Brown, Sumner County General Sessions Court Judge Kee Bryant-McCormick and Gallatin Economic Development Agency Executive Director Rosemary Bates will give keynote addresses.
Breakout sessions will be divided by theme, with speakers focused on mind, body and spirit. Mind breakout sessions include topics like building a personal brand and leadership mindset. Body sessions cover nutrition, exercise focused on building strength and flexibility and the mind-body connection. Spirit speakers will discuss finding purpose, the importance of resilience and building a legacy. Erica Twidle of Black Tie Floral Design will give the closing address, which will focus on creativity.
Those planning to attend should register on the Chamber’s website. Interested businesses can also sign up as sponsors. Each sponsorship package includes summit admission for eight with priority seating, along with other benefits like recognition on event marketing materials depending on the sponsorship level.
The WELL Summit will take place on Wednesday, April 23 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm at The Station on Main Street.
