A creative experience is coming to Johnston this summer, giving residents an opportunity to make something and enjoy a sense of community.
The Succys & Sip at Escada Bar is getting ready to welcome participants who wish to let their creative skills shine by making succulent arrangements while sipping on beverages. Guests will enjoy a laid-back atmosphere where they can use the supplies provided at the Make-Your-Own succulent bar.
Participants will choose a pot to plant in that stands out to them. The Make-Your-Own bar will also have plenty of different succulent options, allowing each person to create an interesting and unique design to take home. No experience is required to sign up. Registered guests are asked merely to arrive ready for a fun evening that may involve getting their hands a bit dirty. Print shops can provide organizers with promotional materials to spread awareness of events like this.
Registration includes a complimentary beverage, along with access to the host venue’s full food and beverage menu at additional costs. Spots are limited and are expected to fill up quickly, and interested individuals and parties will want to make reservations ahead of time.
Escada Bar, which is on Putnam Pike in Johnston, will host the creative planting experience on Friday, August 7. The doors open at 6:00 PM and registration costs $35 per guest online.
