The Association of Marketing Professionals of Rhode Island (AMP-RI) will be visiting a farm in Johnston for a group experience.
AMP-RI Goes Apple Picking is a program where marketing professionals and other communications workers can enjoy a group outing at Dame Farm and Orchards. The experience will consist of a hayride through the farm and a presentation from the farm owners about its current marketing strategies. The cost of the excursion includes a small bag of apples, a pumpkin, and refreshments. Guests will be treated to apple cider and donuts.
AMP-RI is an organization that wishes to promote positive marketing and growth practices in the community. The association has held many educational events on marketing topics like how to develop authentic brands, blogging strategies, and how to present information over Zoom. The group also hosts activities such as Holiday Jingle Mingle Networking, the Octoberfest Brewery Tour of The Guild, and the Organizing Your Workspace and Beyond seminar.
The group tour of the farm will be held on Thursday, October 5th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Tickets to the fall event will cost $25 per person, and free parking is provided to all attendees. The program is meant for adults only. Marketing associations in charge of excursions such as this may use flyer printing to share these events with their members.
