Johnston locals can visit the Gravity Yoga Center in November to experience a cosmic sound journey.
The Cosmic Sound Bath is an experience where guests can relax to the sounds of instruments like gongs and chimes. The program will also use bowls and crystals during the sound routine. Those who participate in the sound bath are asked to put on comfortable clothing for the experience and bring their own yoga mat or blanket. People who do not have prior experience with sound baths can still take part in the program. The experience will last for an hour.
The organizer of the activity is AZ Sacred Sounds, a business offering several types of sound baths. The company organizes events at many studios, such as the Studio de la Luz, The Center for Higher Living, and the Northern Arizona Yoga Center. The different themes of the baths include the Super Moon Cosmic Bath, Ariel Sound Journey, and the Seance Sound Bath. Similar group experiences to these sessions can be promoted to consumers with flyer printing services.
The sound bath will be held on Saturday, November 4th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Those who want to join the experience can pay $25 per person. People who cannot attend the program can take part in a similar bath held on Thursday, November 9th at The Center for Higher Living.
