Johnston riding club to support childrens hospital

The Goodfellas Motorcycle Riding Club (GFMRC) will be holding a bike run in Johnston to raise money for the Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

The Hasbro Children’s Hospital Bike Run is an activity where motorcyclists can show their support for local kids while riding through Johnston. The experience will begin at Strings Bar & Grill and finish with an after-party at the GFMRC’s Club House. All proceeds raised at the bike run will go towards the children’s hospital, which has a center for pediatric gastroenterology and pediatric endocrinology. The organization also offers surgical services for children.

The GFMRC is a non-profit group that wishes to help the community by holding fundraising events for local charities. The club started in 2012 and was initially created to organize group rides out of Waukon, Rhode Island. The GFMRC also assists food shelters, raises money for scholarships, and gathers supplies to donate to nearby schools. People can become a member of the riding club by contacting James Riley or Kyle Johnson.

The bike run for the hospital will be held on Saturday, September 10 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Tickets to take part in the group fundraiser will cost $20. People may also donate to the Hasbro Children’s Hospital through the organization’s website. Non-profits that hold events like this may use printing services to make Signs that attract more participants to their fundraisers.
