The Rhode Island Wedding Group’s annual Get Pink Bridal Show and Silent Auction will take place at the Newport Marriott on April 1 from 12-4 pm. Admission is $5 and proceeds benefit the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation.
The event will feature door prizes in which 20 winners get to choose their prizes and the Walk the Runway contest in which two brides will get the chance to take part in a fashion show, one of them will win a $500 gift certificate.
There will be a variety of vendors who specialize in services for brides and weddings in attendance. It will be a great chance for brides to begin planning their weddings by seeing all these vendors have to offer. There will not doubt be wedding photographers, wedding planners, bridal gown designers, flower arrangers and caterers on hand to help the bride plan her special day.
Vendors will be coming from all over Rhode Island including Johnston to take part in this annual event. They will be working with printing companies in advance to make sure their table gets the attention of the bride in attendance. Using such services as banner printing will provide them with a colorful banner featuring their company logo or name that will draw attention to their table from across the room. A printing company can also provide them with a catalog of their products and/or services and promotional freebie items for the brides to take home.
