A food truck festival is preparing to fill stomachs in Johnston, and area residents are invited to attend and indulge.
The Food Trucks at Johnston Memorial Park gathering is around the corner, and residents will be champing at the bit to try the options on display. The event is being organized by PVD Food Truck Events with the goal of showcasing the different food truck options in Johnston while promoting and supporting local businesses and vendors.
In addition to the several food trucks attending this year’s event, attendees will enjoy live music performed by local artists and bands. Local beer and wine will also be available to guests aged 21 and over. All individuals who choose to drink are asked to do so responsibly and arrange for a designated driver. Banner printing is a colorful and memorable way to welcome attendees to such events while promoting them to passersby.
The gathering will feature a friendly atmosphere where families are welcome. At least 12 food trucks are expected to attend the June gathering. Smoking and vaping are prohibited at the host site, and pets are not permitted onto the grounds.
Johnston Memorial Park in downtown Johnston will host the food truck dining experience on Thursday, June 5 from 5:00 PM until 8:30 PM. Attendance is free, and interested parties can RSVP online.
