KBS Kids will be holding its annual KBS Kids Designer Purse Bingo event in May.
Designer purses including brands such as Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, Coach, and Michael Kors will be prizes. A $600 Louis Vuitton wallet will be the coverall prize.
Occasionally winners of prizes such as these get their pictures taken and submit them to local Print shops for duplicates. The pictures are then mailed to relatives and friends to prove their win.
Presale general admission tickets are available for $25 with sales ending April 22, and general admission from then until May 14 will be $30. Thereafter and at the door, tickets will be $40. Each ticket is good for 20 regular bingo games, and special games will be extra.
Along with bingo, attendees may opt to enter a Chinese auction, a 50/50 raffle, and may win one of the door prizes. In a Chinese auction bidders buy tickets that are then drawn for prizes. A raffle pays out 50% of the profits to the winner whose ticket is drawn. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from the event will go to KBS Kids Nonprofit, a division of Keystone Behavior Services that has been created help children with special needs and their families enjoy enriched lives.
Designer Purse Bingo will be May 21 at Independent Fire Hall, 166 S Sprague Avenue, Kingston. The event will start at 11:00 am and bingo will begin at 1:00 pm.
