Kingston has choice of fall festivals
Those here in the Kingston area looking to enjoy the fall weather may be interested in attending the 5th Annual Fall Festival coming in mid-October and/or the NEPA Mixed Martial Arts 9th Annual Trunk or Treat a few days later.
Fall Festival attendees can look forward to meandering through food, merchandise, and craft vendors, while listening to live music and enjoying other entertainment. From noon to 2:00 pm the Children's Fall Fun Area will feature a pumpkin patch for kids 10 years old and younger, a petting zoo, free games, and a meet-and-greet with our local fire department.
Vendor spaces cost $25, and food truck spaces run $75.
Proceeds from this event will go to local youth sports programs, community improvement projects and charitable initiatives.
The 5th Annual Edwardsville Fall Festival will be in John Hopkins Memorial Park, Saturday, October 11th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in Edwardsville. Admission will be free.
NEPA's MMA Trunk or Treat will be a free event with food, games, basket raffle and free candy. More than 30 individuals, businesses and local organizations will have the trunks of their vehicles decorated and filled with candy for the little trick-or-treaters.
Stationery printers often use pictures from events like these for their fall cards and notecard sets.
NEPA MMA Trunk or Treat will take place October 18th from 5:00 pm to 8:0 pm at 140 Eley Street.
