The Greater Wilkes Barre and Wyoming County Chambers of Commerce are hosting a Healthy Beginnings Seminar. This is a way for those with a busy lifestyle to refresh body and mind through nutrition, meditation, and managing their lifestyle.
Certified Mediation Coach from Light Your Fire, Bernadette Kozlowski, will be speaking on meditation. Donna LaBar will be discussing nutrition. LaBar is a teacher, researcher, writer, and Certified Integrative Health coach, and will be discussing the importance of anti-inflammatory eating.
Bob Lizza owner of Lizza Studios, a studio and digital imaging laboratory, will be discussing lifestyle management with those who make an appearance on the day.
Amber Summers Krug, the owner of Thrive Wellness Center and a Holistic Health Practitioner here in Kingston will be speaking on the holistic approach to healthcare, detoxification, meditation, energy, and reiki therapy.
This will be a good time for Kingston businesses people to update digital Business Cards and put in an order for custom Business Cards before going to this event. Usually, most attendees do a little low-key networking at all such Chamber of Commerce get-togethers.
The Healthy Beginnings Seminar will be held at the Beaumont Inn at 4437, PA-309, Dallas tomorrow, January 19, running from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Admission fee will be $45 and registration can be found on the Chambers of Commerce websites.
