Fall is here and that means that the Dallas Fall Festival will be in a few days.
The event will be an array of local food and merchandise vendors and exhibits from local civic and health-related organizations. These vendors and booths will be spread out in the front parking areas and inside the Commons. Local talent will be showcased on the stage and there will be a large farmers’ market. HI-Lites Motor Club will be paying a visit. Members of the Back Mountain Railroad Club will be bringing its miniature railroad display.
Kingston kids can enjoy activities in the Kids’ Corner in the courtyard of the school. Blue Chip Animal Rescue will be bringing a petting zoo, and a variety of EMS/fire and police vehicles will be in the outside parking area for little ones to touch and explore.
The Growers’ Circle will be new this year. Banner printing is now in progress for the 2x4 foot vinyl Banners that will sport each sponsoring business’s full color Logo Design. These Banners will be lining the roadway into the event parking lot. Sponsors’ names will also be added to the event banner on prominent display inside the venue.
The Dallas Harvest Festival is scheduled from noon until 5:00 pm for Sunday, September 16th at Dallas High School, 1250 SE Holman Avenue in Dallas.
