The event is ‘Managing Up: How to Forge an Effective Relationship with Your Boss’. The session’s topic will concern improving productivity through a healthful relationship with superiors.
The class aims to teach skills such as learning how to develop and cultivate productive rapport, and understanding management and leadership styles. The presenter for the workshop is Trish Jones-Mondero, who currently serves as the director for Outreach and Communications for the Odle Management Group. Through this session, the aim is to instill appropriate communication principles to help with smoother connections and better overall employee-to-superior relationship.
The meeting will take place over the space of one hour and is tailored to accommodate those who have busy time schedules.
