Local wines get the spotlight this January

The 14th annual Butler County Wine Festival is taking place next month in nearby Butler. It is presented by the Butler Radio Network.

Approximately 11 local wineries including Bushy Run and Winery at Wilcox will be providing the public with samples of their wine and information about their businesses. There will also be a variety of vendors selling all manner of products such as gourmet food, beauty supplies and wine, of course.

Guests can also participate in a basket raffle for prizes like wine, food and wine accessories. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the March of Dimes.

Ticket holders will receive a tasting glass and a voucher good for one drink at the door. They must choose between two sessions: 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Attendance is restricted to those aged 21 and over.

It is likely that this event will attract people from all over the area including Cranberry Township. Local Stationery printers are frequently asked to provide printed products such as Flyers and Posters to advertise such events.

The wine festival will be held at the Butler Days Inn Conference Center in the Crystal and Terrace rooms on the 25th January. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. For more information about this event or about participating vendors, call 724-283-1500.
