Cranberry Township will host a Folk and Food Festival in the spring, celebrating the diversity found in the region. Meanwhile, Cranberry at Your Service, a separate entity, will present a showcase of government services at the same time.
The family-friendly events are sponsored by the Cranberry Area Diversity Network. The Folk and Food Festival will feature residents of the area providing entertainment with performances derived from six different continents. Entrée-size portions will be available at various booth vendors for individually set prices.
Banner printing is an effective way to post signage at the event as well as in the vendors’ booths. Colorful and bright Banners attract attention. Graphic design is also an important component of creating Banners. Logos should always be included on vendor Banners. The local Print shop team can assist.
Cranberry at Your Service allows attendees to go behind the scenes to visit operating departments of the township, including Public Works, Public Safety, Engineering, I.T., and Communications. Visitors will have the opportunity ask questions and learn more about the state of the township and how duties are carried out.
Along with all the family fun, both events are offering free admission. The two simultaneous events are scheduled for April 6 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center. More information is available on the event website.
