Community Days are growing closer

The annual Community Days festival is set to take place in Cranberry Township for three days this July. It is the major fundraiser for the Cranberry Township Community Chest (CTCC).

This popular festival regularly attracts at least 30,000 visitors. They come to enjoy the family-friendly activities.

There will be a carnival midway with rides and games, food and drink for sale, and musical entertainment provided by local artists. Several neighborhoods will be set up for over 200 vendors, who will be a combination of for-profit businesses and not-for profit organizations.

The festival features chainsaw carving demonstrations, local car cruises, and fireworks demonstrations. The last day of the festival will also feature the 5K Community Chase, which is open to people of all ages.

Sponsorships can be purchased for $1,500 up to $15,000. Higher level sponsors will receive a 10 x 10-foot vendor booth. Advertising is also available for the program that will be mailed out to over 50,000 area residents.

Cranberry Township printing services companies often create the event programs that are distributed to the community.

Community Days will take place at Cranberry Township Community Park from July 9 to 11. Admission is free of charge, but there will be a cost for carnival rides and games. For the most up-to-date information about this event, call 724-779-4385 x1129 or 724-776-4806.
