There will be an annual 8-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER training refresher taking place in Cranberry Springs this July, put on by Compliance Solutions Occupational Trainers, Inc.
The 8-Hour HAZWOPER course is designed for those who have already completed the initial 24 or 40 Hour HAZWOPER course. The course fulfills OSHA's annual refresher training requirements, as stated in 29 CFR 1910.120.
During the training, participants are updated on any changes in relevant regulations and engage in various safety activities. They also undergo a mock dress-out, receive instruction on health and safety procedures, and learn about personnel protection during hazardous material operations. Compliance Solutions ensures that the training content and exercises are updated annually, providing employees with fresh and relevant information each year.
The cost to attend the event is currently $170 but this will go up to $195 once the Early Bird period expires. There is also a group discount available. Interested individuals can visit the Eventbrite listing for more information.
