The Pittsburgh Freaky Fair is taking place this November after being rescheduled from earlier this year.
The fair normally takes place twice a year; spring and fall. It offers some of the most unique and original items that are suitable for gift giving. This will include arts and crafts like handmade jewelry, clothing and art works. Many of the items usually have a quirky feel to them. There will also be plenty of activities hosted by vendors like palm reading, tarot readings, face painting and massage therapy. In past years, belly dancers have entertained guests.
Music will be provided by several "dark" DJs. Food trucks will be on hand to supply meals and drinks. There are also several places to eat in the surrounding area.
Tickets are $5 each for those aged 13 and over; three raffle tickets are included in the price.
Since the event will take place so close to the holiday season it will no doubt attract visitors from all over the area including those from Cranberry Township. The word or such events is often spread through advertisements provided by local Stationery printers.
The Freaky Fair will be held at the Teamsters Local Union 249 building on November 14 from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. To find out more about this event and participating vendors, visit the official event web page.
