Chadds Ford residents who are looking for a creative way to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary will want to save the date for a patriotic-themed painting experience.
The Patriotic Paint & Sip is coming to a Chadds Ford winery this June, giving area residents and visitors an opportunity to enjoy an evening of painting US-related items in a relaxed setting. It is being organized with help from Portable Picasso, a company that aims to bring creative opportunities to various communities.
The two-hour event will allow participants to let their creative minds wander, and no experience is required to sign up. An instructor will guide the experience, offering tips and step-by-step instructions to help each painter take home a patriotic piece they can hang on their wall. Promoters can use printing services to purchase high-quality marketing materials for outreach, spreading awareness of such events and boosting participation.
All necessary painting supplies will be provided with the ticket cost, along with one pre-sketched canvas where the painting magic will happen. A complimentary glass of wine is also included for participants to sip on while painting. Spots are limited, and interested parties should make their reservations.
The Penns Wood Winery in Chadds Ford will host the paint & sip event. It is scheduled for Friday, June 12, starting at 5:30 PM. Tickets can be reserved online for $66 per guest.
