Apacheta, a company based in Media and a provider of cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS), has recently been acquired by Brightree, which also provides cloud-based software to help healthcare professionals improve patient outcomes and business performance. This transaction will expand the SaaS portfolio of ResMed, the owner of Brightree.
Apacheta’s products are mobile applications that enable companies involved in field marketing, transportation, and route sales to automate and streamline their business processes. Its products have been integrated with those of Brightree for the past three years. Brightree was looking for the capability to order and track medical equipment via a mobile app, so Brightree plans to further innovate Apacheta’s platform and increase its use among its own customers.
Matt Mellot, CEO of Brightree, said that the software Apacheta offers solves many issues faced in equipment delivery and has already helped many of its own customers to more efficiently manage their time and money. Brochure printing companies can be used by companies such as these so customers can learn more about the benefits of such mergers.
CEO of Apacheta, Gregg Timmons, added that his company is excited about joining forces with Brightree – a leader in the healthcare industry that shares the same vision as does his company – by offering software that helps to simplify processes and increase productivity.
