The 7th annual Media Downtown Car Show is taking place in only a few weeks’ time. Presented by Delco Cruisers and the Media Business Authority, proceeds from the event will go to support local charities.
The show is expected to feature more than 300 antique and classic cars on display along State and Front Streets. There will also be plenty of musical entertainment. Vendors will no doubt be selling everything from arts and crafts to clothing to car-related merchandise. In addition, most of the stores and restaurants in the downtown area will be open for business, and food will be available at the event too.
Cars can be registered for $15 each on the day of the show and participants will be competing for several top car awards, chosen by the Media Business Authority. Eligible cars are those that are over 25 years of age.
This is a popular event in Media, and the show is likely to have been widely marketed throughout the area. This may have been helped by flyer printing services that can produce an item that can be distributed easily and inexpensively.
The show of motoring prowess will be held near Veterans Square on July 13 from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a rain date of July 20. To learn more about the planned activities, or to find out how to register a car, call the Media Business Authority at 610-566-5039.
