Good Shepherd Penn Partners is opening its 14th outpatient therapy site in Bala Cynwyd after acquiring Rasansky Physical Therapy.
Debra Rasansky, the former owner of the 33-year old Rasansky Physical Therapy, will stay on with Good Shepherd Penn Partners in the capacity of spine team leader. Financial terms of the practice purchase were not disclosed.
Stationery printing services will no doubt be required for the new operation, which may want office supplies with the updated practice name, as well as brochure printing services to explain the changeover to patients.
Good Shepherd Penn Partner was established in 2008. The joint venture combined the resources of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in Allentown and Penn Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia. More than 120,000 outpatient visits were handled last year by the partnership’s various outpatient centers in and around Philadelphia.
In addition to the now 14 outpatient therapy sites operated by the Good Shepard Penn Partners, the venture also has two other properties. The group manages the 38-bed long-term acute care Specialty Hospital at Rittenhouse and the 58-bed inpatient Pen Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine, a rehabilitation hospital. The specialty and rehab hospitals are located in Philadelphia in the Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse complex.
Good Shepherd Penn Partners also provide three hospitals and three skilled nursing facilities with bedside therapy services. Get a Free Quote for Stationery
