Spring Art Walk presents opportunity to see and buy
Portland’s tradition of the Mt. Tabor Art Walk continues this May, giving art lovers the opportunity to meet artists and view examples of their visual art in their studios and homes.
The annual event usually features about 40 artists scattered around approximately 20 sites throughout a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. The art encountered on the walk represents diverse media such as jewelry, glass, ceramics, sculpture, painting, prints, photography, metal, and mosaics.
Over a dozen sponsors have signed on to support the Mt. Tabor Art Walk.
Banner printing services are an excellent option for promoting large public events, and are usually utilized in the area the event will take place. Multisite events also sometimes call for the map printing abilities of print shops.
The Mount Tabor community is a large one and is located in the southeast part of the city. It is home to one of the city’s biggest and most popular parks, as well as an extinct volcano.
