The 11th annual Wine Walk will be held by the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce this weekend.
Attendees of the Wine Walk will be able to sample wines from around the world and enjoy small bites at over 35 businesses within walking distance in the downtown.
The price of a ticket is $60 and it includes 12 tasting tickets, each of which can be redeemed for a pour of one ounce of wine; a Lake Oswego Wine Walk glass in a lanyard; a reusable tote that includes a map of the tasting places; and small bites to complement the tasting.
Wineries participating in the event include Tumwater Vineyard, Cougar Crest Estate Winery, Willamette Valley Vinyards, and Wiser’s Fine Wines, all of which are Chamber members. Other participants in the Wine Walk include Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Real Estate, Artisserie Fine Bakery, the Arts Council of Lake Oswego partnering with Travel and Cruise Desk, and Exceptional Homes by John L. Scott.
Such events often rely on poster printing to help promote them throughout a city and neighboring communities.
The Wine Walk will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm this Saturday, October 4. Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Community Room of The Winward Apartments for those guests with tickets. Only those who are 21 years of age and older may attend.
