Yoga festival stretches into Bend
The Bend Yoga Festival is coming to Riverbend Park for four whole days of intensive workshops, local vendors, and celebrations.
The immersive yoga experience features more than 60 workshops all about expanding knowledge and skill, including yoga philosophy, wellness and health, Sanskrit studies, asana intensives, chanting, themed practices, and kirtan. There will also be a live DJ concert, excursions to Smith Rock State Park, forest bathing, hiking, and paddle boarding opportunities.
There are passes for the Bend Yoga Festival that include all access for all four days, two-day passes, and single-day passes, space permitting. Tickets range from $399 to $525.
The festival proper spans over a Saturday and Sunday, although there are also pre-festival intensives happening on the preceding Thursday and Friday available to all access pass holders. They include workshops with yoga philosophers, social events, and an optional paddle-boarding event.
On the Saturday of the festival, participants will have their choice of workshops at Riverbend Park in the morning and afternoon, followed by an opening celebration. Sunday’s offerings include more workshops and a late-morning closing party with food trucks, vendors, demonstrations, and closing practice. As per tradition, the festival’s final hurrah will be a plunge in the Deschutes River.
