Residents of Bend who enjoy fermented foods, or those who are curious about the process and options, may wish to attend an upcoming event.
Fermentopia will be coming to the city for the first time to present a marketplace with a wide variety of vendors and food and drink options. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn and ask questions of the makers on site.
Vendors attending such events may benefit from brochure printing. Brochures allow business owners to share their products as well as answer common questions regarding their processes even when they are engaged with another customer.
Some of the food options available at Fermentopia include cheeses, chocolates, and breads, as well as the more commonly expected options such as pickles. Beverage options on offer can take the Forms of ciders, wines, and even coffees. There will also be two food trucks on site for those looking to enjoy a meal while they shop and look around.
The festival will be taking place on Saturday, November 28 within Open Space Event Studios, located at 220 NE Lafayette Avenue, Bend. The event will begin at 11:00 am and conclude at 5:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance online for $7, or at the door on the day of the event for $10. Children under 12 years of age receive free admission.
