A black-tie affair is on the way for Bend, and the public is welcome to enjoy and evening of elegance while lending area students a helping hand.
The Central Oregon Community College will be the host for a function that will serve as a fundraiser for scholarships that help youth and others from the area who are working hard on their post secondary studies. The Cascade Culinary Institute will be preparing a gourmet meal for the occasion that will consist of four courses, and there will be lots more going on as well.
Guests who come to the gala occasion will have lots of time to socialize with friends old and new, and they will also have an opportunity to learn how they are helping area students reach their educational goals.
