Two local enterprises from the Bend area are joining forces to help raise money for a charitable organization that helps kids.
Nest Bend Real Estate and 5Fusion sushi bar and restaurant are coming together to host a dinner that will benefit the Bend, Oregon Kids’ Center, which is a not for profit organization dedicated to evaluating and treating victims of child abuse, and preventing it from happening.
The fundraiser will take place at 5Fusion, and will feature a three-course meal paired with a wine to complement the food choices. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Joe Kim, who has a reputation for creating world class cuisine. Tickets for the meal are $55 each, and they can be purchased through the Nest Bend website. A printer can use their Logo Design services to create a logo for the event that can be printed on tickets and other promotional materials that advertise it to the public.
According to Karen Malanga, who acted as the spokesperson for Nest Bend, helping to support children can bode well for the future, as strong kids grow up to be strong adults who contribute highly to their community.
