Dubbed “Chip in FORE Kids!,” a Bend fundraiser will see players enjoy a day on the links in support of the Deschutes Children’s Foundation.
The Bend Golf Club will be hosting a day of fun in the sun, and there are many ways for both residents and area's business community to get involved. The function is being presented by the Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company, and everyone, no matter their skill level, is encouraged to participate.
Ticketholders for the activity will be treated to the use of a cart as well as refreshments and food will be provided to the players. The planners explained that they have prepared a variety of hole challenges that may be skill testers or just plain fun, and a raffle draw is also in the works. Many of the Corporate Gifts will be donated by area companies.
Businesses looking for a cause to support may find that this one fits the bill. It will do a good turn for area kids, and the sponsorship packages offer a variety of easy to put branding, such as a Logo Design, in the public’s eye.
