The Humane Society of Central Oregon gives animals in need a second lease on life, and to help fund its efforts, a special evening has been planned for Bend.
In late April, the Society will be welcoming ticketholders for its annual Tuxes and Tails benefit, which will be its signature fundraiser for the year. The plans for the occasion include both live and silent auctions, with items and experiences donated by the local corporate community.
This evening will treat animal lovers to dinner as well as dancing, and a dessert dash will add an extra touch of fun to the occasion. Wine will be poured, and everyone can bid on the trips, pet items, artwork and experiences that will be on the block in the live and silent auctions. Both individual and table tickets are on offer, and their price tag starts at $115 each.

This opportunity to do a good turn for Bend’s animals will be held on the evening of Saturday, April 23. The doors will open at 5:30 pm at the Riverhouse Convention Center.
