A series of classes have been scheduled for Bend that will teach techniques that can be used to create special gifts, and they will all be held in the Broken Top Club.
During each of the sessions, the learners will be taught how to draw different lettering styles, and they will also have a chance to use them to decorate a card, frame, or other item. People can choose to register for just one class or as many as they wish, and they will all be able to keep what they make.
The registration fee, which starts at $75 per person, includes the cost of the materials that will be used, such as a digital practice booklet, the tutorials and the tools needed to prepare the different lettering styles. They will also go home with two separate takeaway projects at the conclusion of each workshop.
Anyone who takes part in one of the sessions and would like to have their creation added to additional items, such as a Mother’s Day gift, can request this service for an additional fee. Flyers can help to spread the word about events like these, and they can be prepared by a local flyer printing professional.
The first of the classes has been scheduled for April 28. Bend’s Broken Top Club will welcome the learners for this event, starting at 2:00 pm.
