Focus Counseling will host the Embrace The Mess Women's Conference in Westerville for local women to learn how to reach their highest potential in various aspects of their lives.
Focus Counseling serves the greater Columbus area and provides a team of therapists and counselors committed to creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment for people. For the women’s conference, the organization will invite three therapists experienced in financial, mental, sexual, and physical health to counsel attendees about various aspects of their lives that may need improving.
The first guest speaker will be Abigail Hurst, LISW-S, who will teach women how to better intimacy in their relationships. Next, Dr. Cynthia Tyson, Ph.D., will discuss how to grow through loss and grief. Lastly, Amy Avery Weese, a psychotherapist, will help attendees explore their mind-body connection and learn techniques to improve their mental and physical health.
The host of the event is Jummy Olawale, CEO of Focus Counseling. A psychotherapist, will also speak on financial health and nurturing a healthy money mindset.
