This March Westerville will host the State of the City (SOC) event, which will provide an opportunity for the community to reflect on this year’s progress and prepare for future goals and achievements.
The State of the City is highly anticipated every year, being an important reflection of the city’s quality of life, business interests, and cost of living, amongst other indicators. The SOC is open to the public, so any civic-minded individual is welcome to attend to learn more about the current conditions and future of their community. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet public officials, civic leaders, educators, business professionals, and other residents.
The event will feature a networking session before the main event, complete with plenty of though-provoking discussions and chances to share ideas. Afterwards, the remarks and awards portion will commence, allowing city officials and businesses to share progress reports, statistics, and thoughts on the matters at hand. There will also be light refreshments served during the event.
