In preparation for the new school year, KidsLinked will hold the Westerville Back to School Bash in July for students and their families.
Presented by State Farm Agent Jake Breakey and organized by KidsLinked, the back-to-school bash will invite local families to enjoy a festival-style environment to celebrate the return to school. KidsLinked is an organization that provides family management tools to busy parents, helping them discover local kid-friendly activities and manage family Calendars while also offering parenting advice and more.
The school bash will feature fun activities such as a bounce house, balloon artist, carnival games, minigolf, and face painting. Kids will also enjoy a special princess and superhero meet-and-greet, and can visit the animals at the petting zoo. Refreshments include free cotton candy, cookies, and other carnival-style treats. There will also be free giveaways in VIP swag Bags, as well as games and contests to enter to win prizes, which may include Promotional Products from event sponsors. Upcoming students will also be able to get ready for the school year by finding classes, educational resources, and after-school programs.
The back-to-school event is scheduled for Thursday, July 20 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It will take place at Westerville North High School, 950 County Line Road. Admission is free, but certain activities will require a fee to participate.
