The Family Room Coffee & Bake Shop will host the Spring Tree Wall Hanging Macrame Workshop next month for those looking for a new spring craft to try.
The organizer of the event is Artsy ALPS, which is run by artist Amber, who spends her time helping people unleash their creativity. Artsy ALPS offers all manner of creative classes for all ages, levels, and abilities. The goal of these classes is to show people that art is fun and that everyone has their own special creativity just waiting to be unleashed.
The macrame class this May will guide students step by step through how to make a macrame wall hanging, which will feature a spring tree design. All supplies and materials will be provided, so attendees need only to bring their creativity and excitement. Attendees will also be able to order beverages, such as coffee and tea, from the venue to sip on as they macrame.
Instructional workshops may benefit from providing attendees with informational Brochures to guide them along the crafting process. These Brochures can be professionally printed at local shops specializing in brochure printing.
The macrame workshop is scheduled for May 8 from 6:00 pm. to 8:30 pm. Family Room Coffee & Bake Shop is located at 545 South Otterbein Avenue, Westerville. General admission is $30. Drinks are not included in the class fee.
