This February, the Arts Council of Westerville will hold the Westerball 2022 to excite the community about the planned Westerville Cultural Arts Center.
The gala will be the Arts Council’s first ball opened to the community and will serve as the beginning of a robust fundraising effort to raise money for the construction of a community arts center. Organizers hope that the event will bring together passionate supporters of the arts, increase membership in the Arts Council, and help fund local arts and music programs.
The Westerball 2022 will be a formal event, and attendees are encouraged to dress in their fanciest evening gowns and suits. There will be dancing and a live band, as a flash mob event held by four local dance studios. A silent auction will feature art from Andy J. Pizza, Chris Duda, and Michael Guinane. An Artists’ Alley will also be set up to showcase artists, performers, and art-related activities. For refreshments, there will be tasty appetizers and fun drinks, such as glitter Moscato.
Businesses wishing to become sponsors will have various level of sponsorship from which to choose, with many levels including featuring the sponsor’s Logo Design on event advertising.
The Westerball 2022 is scheduled for February 26 from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. It will take place at The Point at Otterbein, located at 60 Collegeview Road. Tickets are $30.
