Next month, Westerville will welcome the coming of the winter holidays with the Westerville Winterfest, a holiday festival extravaganza.
The festival will be organized by Fairway Mortgage, the Ohio branch of the nationwide Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Fairway Mortgage prides itself on providing excellent customer service to its clients in need of great rates and fair loan options. This community spirit extends to also hosting community events, such as the winter festival happening in December.
The festival will feature a variety of carnival-style fun and entertainment. Children will enjoy a meet-and-greet with Santa complete with dropping off a Christmas wishlist. Families will also get to go on a sleigh ride through the magically decorated winter wonderland. A huge bounce house will also be set up for kids to play in, and those who are artistically inclined can enter a coloring contest. A balloon artist will be present creating festival balloon animals, and free Christmas ornaments will be handed out. Food will include popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, and hot chocolate.
