Westerville conference to discuss alternative energy

Next month, the Ohio Energy Conference will be held in Westerville to discuss bringing diverse energy streams to Ohio and what might be the future of energy in the state.

The conference will be hosted by the Energy Coalition of Ohio (ECO), which is a newly formed organization of energy leaders and professionals who have joined forces to host the now annual Ohio Energy Conference. The Ohio Energy Conference was conceived as a forum to provide nonpartisan and accessible information about the ways in which energy is produced and consumed.

The two-day conference invites consumers, energy producers, and entrepreneurs from around the state to come together and discuss innovation in the energy sector. Energy leaders will share their strategies and visions focusing on alternative Forms of energy to a diverse audience of public and private stakeholders. Topics to be discussed will include everything from financing renewable energy projects to the specifics of carbon reporting.

Presenters at conferences such as this that involve open dialogue surrounding complex topics may decide to bring Posters with them to illustrate their points to their audience. These Posters can be professionally printed at local poster printing shops.

The energy conference is scheduled for November 15 and November 16. It will take place at the Quest Conference Center on 9200 Worthington Road, Suite 400, Westerville. Tickets are $250.
