In celebration of the grand opening of the Bierman Autism Centers, Westerville will host the Grand Opening Summer Send-Off Carnival next month. The carnival will provide inclusive, sensory-friendly fun for the whole community.
The carnival will be a send-off to the long days of summer and a welcome back to the upcoming school year. Families with children with special needs are especially welcome to attend due to the sensory-friendly nature of the event. The festival will celebrate the groundbreaking of the Westerville Bierman Autism Centers, which are the leading authority on Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children diagnosed with autism.

There will also be face painting artists on hand to paint each child’s favorite animal. Each activity will be designed with sensory sensitivities in mind. Refreshments will include sweet and savory treats from local food vendors and food trucks.
Organizers of such festivals often find it helpful to visit local shops offering poster printing services to Print out materials to inform the public of event specifics.
The Summer Send-Off Carnival will take place on August 3 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. It will be held at 756 Park Meadow Road. There is no admission fee.
