Westerville locals can participate in a spring race that will benefit a community scholarship program.
The Bunny Hop 5K will start and end at Alum Creek North Park. The route will also go along Alum Creek, near Otterbein Lake, through a few other parks, and on the streets of Westerville. After the 5K, there will be a kids’ dash.
The top five male and female 5K finishers will be given a gift card to Fleet Feet. There will also be giveaways.
The 5K registration costs $30 or $35 on race day. It includes a T-shirt, medal, refreshments, and coupons. The kids’ dash costs $10 and includes a shirt. Registration can be completed on the Premiere Races website.
The event will benefit the Westerville Parks Foundation Scholarship Program, an organization that gives locals financial assistance so they can partake in the parks and recreation programs and events.
A wide variety of businesses are sponsoring the event. No doubt Print companies included sponsors’ logos on promotional materials and event day Banners.
On April 1 through April 3, packet pickup will take place from 10:00am until 8:00pm at the Westerville Community Center, located on 350 North Cleveland Avenue.
Event day packet pickup starts at 7:00am on April 4, while the 5K race kicks off at 8:00am. The kids’ dash begins at 9:00am.Get a Free Quote for Banners Get a Free Quote for Print
