A new meeting, co-working, and office building recently opened in Westerville, and is now leasing space.
Elevate Westerville comprises 36,000 square feet over two stories, and includes more than 150 entrepreneurs and small businesses. The building offers over 150 office suites, all-inclusive amenities, four conference rooms complete with high-tech equipment, and a co-working space that can be used by anyone in the building. The project came with a price tag of $8.2m.
The office suites can be configured to suit the client, and are available in the interior or exterior of the building, and can fit from one to four people. Wellness and beauty businesses can opt for suites that have extra plumbing and electrical power, and focus suites can be soundproofed.
Leases are available on a short-term basis, starting at $399 per month. The space is well suited to consulting businesses, beauty shops, professional services, law offices, and tech startups. Elevate’s owner and principal, Scott Baldwin, said that a project such as this is a unique, high-quality, nontraditional space that attracts small businesses, entrepreneurs, and younger people. He goes on to say that Westerville has been enthusiastic in its response, and he is happy to be part of the community.
Elevate Westerville is on Westar Place, and Baldwin says the project was designed with local residents in mind. Brochure printing is often used to describe the amenities offers by projects like this.
