Cover band to play Westerville

A band that is sure to play hits audiences love is on the way to Westerville.

Contagious Til 4 (CT4) got started in Pickerington, Ohio, in 2005. The group began informally, getting together to enjoy jamming, until they were hired later that year to play at a fundraiser. When the show took place, the group had no name, so they set up a basked and asked for suggestions. The one they liked best was “Contagious Til 4,” which came from parents who had taken their son to the doctor. When they asked whether the boy could go back to school, the doctor said, “He’ll probably be contagious til 4.” They thought that sounded like the name of a band, and so it is.

CT4 has been playing throughout Ohio since their inception, and their setlist includes a wide variety of music from rap to pop to country to classic rock. Listeners might hear “Big Poppa” by the Notorious B.I.G.; Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline,” “Sweet Emotion,” a classic from Aerosmith; or Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama.” The band is always learning new songs and adding them to the list. Poster printing is often used to promote events like this.

A review of CT4 says:

“You guys totally rock! We hope to see you at another . . . event.”

CT4 will be at Fenders in Westerville on April 10 at 8.30 pm.
