Guests who browse through a pair of shows planned in the Middleburg Heights area will be supporting a local cause.
The Community for Better Living will be the recipient of the monies raised during the 2nd annual Car and Craft Show Fundraiser that will bring the fun to Olmsted Falls in October. While a registration fee is being charged to exhibitors and vendors, the public can enter for free.
The organizers of the day are seeking both craft vendors and car owners who would like to set up shop. Makers of all kids are welcome to submit an application to take part, and those who are accepted will be able to connect with potential customers getting a start on their holiday shopping.
The car show will be welcoming vintage, antique, and customized vehicles. The public can admire them, meet, and talk with their owners and learn how they were built and maintained. Food will be available for purchase, and even-split and raffle draws for donated Corporate Gifts have been planned. Music will round out the experience. The proceeds will support area food pantries and other feeding programs.
Vendor spaces in the function are $30 each, and the car show entries are $10. Both activities will be held on Sunday, October 6 at 7074 Columbia Road. The proceedings get underway at 1:00 pm.
