Brewing beer and ale can be an enjoyable hobby, and anyone who would like to learn how they can become a home brew master may wish to save the date for a Middleburg Heights workshop.
The students in “Beer and Brewing 101” will receive an introduction to both the art and science of crafting small batch ales and beers. Tickets are $40.00 each, and a special discount will be offered to those who will be attending as a pair.
The information shared during the class will be taught using hands-on techniques, and each student will get to brew their very own batch. They will also be led through craft beer tastings and lunch will be served. Seasoned beer artists will be facilitating the three-hour long event, and when it’s over, each attendee will go home with a gallon of home brew to enjoy.
The workshop has been scheduled to begin at 12:00 pm, and it has been organized by The Cleveland Brew Shop, and it will be held in its shop located at 4142 Lorain Avenue.
