Restaurant expanding into taco cart venture

Jesus Davalos, co-owner of two local restaurants in Mansfield, is venturing into a new taco cart business.
Davalos, along with Alejandro Anchondo, have obtained what they need to debut ‘Panchos Tacos’.

The idea for a taco cart was formed after setting up a stand with his team from Los 3 Mayas, one of the restaurants he co-owns, at Mansfield’s Final Friday’s Concerts event. Event attendees provided positive feedback and encouraged Davalos to expand into the new venture, leading him to take the next step.

Businesses like Panchos Tacos can benefit from the variety of services provided by local Print companies to help create Posters and Banners, and provide information on Direct Mail printing to help advertise the new business.

Davalos plans to get the logistics and other plans finished so that his cart can start operating by the end of this month. Eager to show off his cooking skills, Davalos has created new menu items which will consist of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and other popular Mexican dishes.
